1. No Returns or Exchanges for Change of Mind
Due to the exclusive and delicate nature of our Kanjivaram sarees, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for orders placed due to change of mind, incorrect choice, or color variation from screen to actual product.
Note: Slight variations in weave, zari tone, or color are natural due to handloom production and device screen differences. These are not considered defects.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is:
