1. Shipping Locations
We currently only ship across India. For international orders, please contact us at bhargavisridhara105@gmail.com to confirm delivery availability before placing your order.
2. Processing Time

In-stock items: Dispatched within 3–5 business days

You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped
Note: Orders placed during festivals or launches may take slightly longer due to high demand.
3. Shipping Charges

Domestic Shipping (India):

Free shipping on all orders above ₹10000

A flat rate of ₹100 applies to orders below this value.

4. Delivery Timelines

India: 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on location.
STREEVAA is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number and courier details.
6. Packaging & Gifting
Each saree is packed securely in our signature STREEVAA box or sleeve, perfect for gifting or safekeeping.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged:

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at bhargavisridhara105@gmail.com with your Order ID and unboxing video/photos.

We'll coordinate with the shipping partner and initiate a resolution or replacement as applicable
